Chalet Arcadia

The Property consists of the 5 bedroom Chalet and a 3 bedroom Apartment which can be let together or separately.
Chalet Arcadia was built approximately 10 years ago and has recently been updated.
As new owners the property has new furniture throughout and is tastefully decorated.
It is an extremely comfortable Chalet with all new appliances.

Chalet

The Chalet consists of -

Ground floor

Large entrance hall, WC and cupboards for ski clothing
Cellar for skis and boots
Large open plan area including lounge with wood burning stove, snug, dining area and kitchen
Large utility room behind the kitchen with dish washer and washing machine/dryer
Lovely new furniture, sufficient for 10 guests
TV/DVD player
Large double bedroom with dressing room, en suite bathroom and separate WC

First floor

One double bedroom
Three twin bedded rooms, two with en suite shower rooms.
Bathroom and WC
All bedrooms have ample cupboard and drawer space

Outside

Covered car porch.
Open terrace around the ground floor with beautiful views.
Log stores and garage area below the Chalet.

Apartment

The Apartment consists of -

A lounge/dining/kitchen open plan living area.
Three twin bedded good sized bedrooms
Dressing room
WC, Shower and bathroom and new separate shower room and WC.

When you arrive the Chalet and Apartment will be warm and welcoming.
We will provide a small selection of bread and cheeses, white and red wine, bottled water and chocolates to ease the tensions of travelling.

All the beds will be made up with fresh linen, with towels and bathrobes in each room.

The Chalet will be fully cleaned between every set of guests and all we ask is that you treat the Chalet as you would your own home.

We have fitted out the Chalet and Apartment to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There is ample room and furniture to allow you all to relax in either of the properties.
